“What would you like on your pancakes?” Harry asked, taking the frying pan out of the cupboard.

“Sugar and lemon are the traditional toppings,” Severus replied. 

“I was thinking something more exotic could be fun.”

“Treacle, perhaps?” Severus said thoughtfully.  “I do like the way it oozes out of the tin.”

“Orange juice, which runs down the fingers.”

“Chocolate spread.  All thick and gooey.”

“With bananas and thick whipped cream.”

“Or chopped strawberries, with the juice running down the chin.”

“Decisions, decisions!”

“We could just abandon the pancakes and go straight to the toppings!”

“That is the best suggestion yet!”
